Governor's....a memorable treat

The Governor's fine-dine restaurant is arguably Guernsey's most romantic and intimate fine dining restaurant (and thankfully one of the Islands' best-kept secrets!)

Enjoyed by both the finance community and discerning locals alike, this historic restaurant is adorned with pictures and memorabilia of Island governors - both past and present. Decorated in a bohemian style, Governor's is also popular as a private dining room (ideally for no more than twelve) and for pre-theatre cocktails and canapes.

Our French Chef de Cuisine, Jerome Barbançon, has designed his seasonal menu to reflect the success of the many classical French dishes found throughout his native France. A small but select range of traditional wines from some of the best regional growers in France complement his excellent and balanced food.

To dine in Governor's is a dynamic and memorable experience.
